Ariel loves teaching different styles of yoga but is most passionate about the practice of Ashtanga. She specializes in teaching it in both Led and Mysore formats and believes wholeheartedly it is a practice adaptable for any and all. Ariel treats it as a medicine for the body and soul and as a supportive foundational tool that can be utilized throughout the whole of one’s life. It is her goal to hold a sacred space for people to work to uncover the best versions of themselves through this practice. Ariel is a dedicated practitioner, studying and interning under Diana Christinson (Authorized Level I and II by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois and additionally certified and taught by Tim Miller).
A second passion is Wall Ropes where Ariel can let her creativity shine. She loves to create fun, stress relieving classes with elements of playfulness and deep stretch. She utilizes the Yoga Wall as an excellent complement to other styles of yoga she teaches, both for her and her students.
