Vinyasa derived from Ashtanga yoga. Movement is linked to the breath, with a focus on flexibility, strength and balance. All of our vinyasa classes are multi-level. We welcome you wherever you are in your practice.


The Dharma yoga is a system of the classical Hatha-Raja yoga. A devotional practice that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. The method weaves together many teachings to bring all students closer to the goal of Self-Realization.



Apart from taking time to sleep, we rarely take time to rest despite the busy pace of life we keep. Restorative yoga helps us learn to relax and rest deeply by allowing props to support the body in poses for deeper opening.

Wall Yoga

The wall rope system is used as the ultimate prop to enhance asana by providing a deep opening in the body. Students learn how the body aligns in postures with the added support of wall straps. We recommend some experience with yoga to feel at ease during the Wall Yoga class.

Deep Stretch

Excellent for deep release to tired or tight muscles, our Deep Stretch class is a wonderful way to open, unwind and restore the body. Poses are held longer, enabling students to experience blissful relaxation while creating length in the muscles.


Ashtanga yoga is a pre-established set of sequences in the form of six series developed by the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to purify the body and prepare it for the deeper aspects of yoga. Practicing the primary series gives way to tremendous feelings of accomplishment, and the journey toward self-development is invaluable. It's never too late to start
an Ashtanga practice.


Things that are "yang" are moving, changing, and vigorous. In contrast, things that are "yin" are still, static, and calm. Yin yoga is a cooler practice of longer holds in supported postures. Clinical studies have shown that Yin Yoga nourishes the large joints by relaxing the connective tissue and muscles around the joints. Yin postures are held at least 3 minutes.


Prenatal Yoga is perfect for expectant mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters to begin or maintain their yoga practice. Our prenatal class is gentle and safe, small and intimate. Come connect with other mothers and nurture yourself.


Yoga 101

Perfect if you are new to yoga, looking for a gentler class, or would like a solid foundation for your yoga practice. Basic concepts of yoga are explained and practiced with an emphasis on alignment. We move at a pace conducive to learning and encourage questions. Props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets are offered as supports to perform the asanas correctly and minimize the risk of injury or strain.


The Viniyoga practice method provides an opportunity to bring greater awareness to your relationship with the breath, your spine and how you habitually move; through this process you gain insight on how to mitigate your unconscious dysfunctional movement patterns. By maintaining your orientation on the breath you can also learn how to manage your energy, mood and increase your capacity to focus and remember. Through systematic integration of the tools of yoga, Viniyoga offers guidance on how a person can reach their highest potential.

Viniyoga is appreciated best when learned in a series format progression due to it's orientation being very unique from other styles of yoga.
