Initially Sonia started practicing Dahn yoga, focusing on enhancing the mind body connection. In 2016 she expanded her practice to include traditional yoga. After falling deeper in love with the practice, she decided to start working on her RYT200 training in January 2018. She now focuses on teaching gentle flow, stretch and meditation. Sonia particularly enjoys connecting one on one with her students to provide an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, staying true to her mind body connection roots.
