Suzanne (Sue) Dado loves to move and has been doing yoga for over 20 years. She started her career as a dancer, earning a BA in Dance Teaching and Choreography from Columbia College Chicago in 2001. She is a founding company member of Breakbone Dance Co., dancing with the company for 10 years. She danced for many Chicago based choreographers/companies and also created and produced her own work.
In 2003, Sue completed the 600 hour Power Pilates Certification and has been teaching Pilates ever since. After practicing yoga for many years as a dancer, she finally decided to become a yoga instructor, completing the 200 hour Yoga teacher training at North Texas Yoga in 2016 and the Yoga Wall Training in February 2017. Sue loves teaching people how to take care of and maintain their bodies using many different forms of movement she has learned over the years. When Sue is not teaching people to move, she is homeschooling her daughter and spending time with her family.
