Tejal is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and a RYT200 Yoga Teacher. She is currently pursuing a formal certification as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. While living in India for 5 years, Tejal had the opportunity to deeply connect with Ayurveda & Yoga, and appreciated the tremendous benefits it has to offer. Tejal’s love for Ayurveda led her to become a MarmaTherapist from The Ayurvedic Institute, where she had the chance to study with Dr. Vasant Lad.Tejal’s sincerity and compassion comes through by the sensitivity of her healing touch therebypromoting pranic flow (life-force) in each of us.
Tejal strongly believes that our bodies have the innate wisdom to heal and prevent illness. Her goal is to unlock that potential through the art of Marma Therapy.
